CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICIES Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies * You will receive a full refund if: • Your appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Refunds will not be provided if: • If your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment; or • You are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment; or, • If are a "no show" and do not show up to your appointment. Rescheduling must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled appointment time.
