Refunds will not be provided if: • If your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment; or • You are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment; or, • If are a "no show" and do not show up to your appointment. Rescheduling must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled appointment time.
